Donald believes that Sandpiper Hospitality respects the growth of young hotel professionals and has provided him an opportunity to utilize the Bachelor’s and Graduate degree he gained from Virginia Tech to pursue his passion in revenue management. This opportunity has allowed him to apply his knowledge by developing cross-departmental revenue strategies that retain our ever-expanding portfolio as a leader in their respective markets.

Donald joined Sandpiper Hospitality in April 2018 in the dual role of Revenue Analyst and Assistant General Manager at the WoodSpring Suites Virginia Beach. Donald’s experience in operations has helped him cultivate relationships and results in his Revenue Management role. In December 2018, Donald was promoted to the Regional Revenue Manager position. He approaches Revenue Management with an inquisitive and analytical mind that helps him create the whole picture of what success looks like at his properties. He is eager to learn and open to new ideas; these qualities no doubt have helped in his climb on the corporate ladder.
