Johnathon is a true example of a hardworking, supportive, and dedicated leader. He joined Sandpiper Hospitality in December of 2016 as a Guest Service Ambassador at the WoodSpring Suites Fredericksburg. He was promoted to Assistant General Manager at the hotel in September 2017, and then he was promoted again to the General Manager of the hotel in June of 2018.

He is now the General Manager at WoodSpring Suites Washington DC Andrews AFB. Not only does he give his all at his hotel, he is always willing to provide support to the other Sandpiper Hospitality WoodSpring Suites hotels in the area. Since 2016, when he first joined the Sandpiper family, his reports that his love for the job has only grown due to the support that is provided from the management team to achieve and exceed his goals and to develop the leaders within their positions. He believes that professional growth within the company is important because it shows that the hard work and dedication that you into the job and the company you work for is being recognized within the organization.
