Sandpiper associates actively give back in their communities as part of three of our core values: Do the Right Thing, Growth Through Giving, and All In. We fundamentally believe that it is our responsibility to help both those that need support but also those that positively contribute to our ability to practice hospitality in each of our locations. Through raising money or giving of their time, our associates show their dedication to making the world a better place every day.
Collectively, we dedicate a half day at our annual Leadership Conference to this commitment and contribute over 150 hours each year to deserving organizations. In February 2020, our teams supported Richmond SPCA, FeedMore, and Soles 4 Souls and helped these organizations meet their goals.
