Adam has five years of experience in the extended-stay sector of the hospitality industry. He spent three of the years as a Regional Operations Manager, where he managed a portfolio of 10 properties for Inn Town Suites.
Before entering the hospitality industry, he oversaw various businesses, which gave him a well-rounded skill set that translates well to the extended-stay sector. His primary focus is on the development of people. His friendly but firm approach has made him successful in coaching and training his direct reports, which in turn has contributed to his overall professional success.
Based in Austin, TX, Adam serves as a Regional Manager for Sandpiper Hospitality and oversees a region of hotels that includes Texas, Louisiana and Tennessee.
